Pennsylvania releases two spreadsheets with facility-level data on a weekly basis: one with Nursing Homes data reported by the PA Department of Health and one with Assisted Living and personal care home data reported by the PA Department of Human Services. However, within these facility-level spreadsheets, some cases and deaths are omitted due to privacy concerns.
