Clearing duplicate recoveries field after switch to hosp. discharges.

Copy recovered to hospital discharges

On January 27, 2021 we began removing negatives that were created from mixed units (specimens minus cases or test encounters minus cases) for states that are using explicit totals in our main total test results field (called totalTestResults in the API). Virginia never reported negatives directly and always reported in encounters, so the total time series was removed.

Backfill antigen and antibody testing (encounters) and positive testing (encounters) from state dataset, before we start collecting it daily.

On April 26, 2020, we began reporting Virginia's Ever hospitalized as calculated from {"Combined number of confirmed positive COVID-19..." + "...discharged"} from the official Virginia Hospital and Healthcare association public dashboard. On December 2, 2020, we revised out time series of Virginia's Ever hospitalized to align with what the state reports on the state dashboard.

Fill a 4-day gap in cumulative hospitalized in mid-April by forward filling

Remove Antibody Pos+Total

Backfilling antibody totals and positives, from EasyDC logs and State file from 2020-08-16 all the way back (beginning of April)

PCR Test encounters going back all the way to 27-Feb, and matching positive PCR results
