On May 15, 2020 New Hampshire stopped reporting Negative PCR tests and we began calculating Negatives as Total PCR tests (people) - Total cases. New Hampshire also split out reporting on Antibody and PCR Tests at the same time. Updating May 14, 2020 to match the screenshot, and May 15, 2020 to match the calculation Total PCR tests (people) - Total cases, this update will cause negatives to decrease by about 300.

New Hampshire sometimes updated after the time of our daily update. In order to ensure our timeseries is as complete as possible, we patch these late updates in our historical data. Additionally, on March 14, 2020 through August 8, 2020, we often caught their update on the day after it was published, resulting in gaps in our data, and their data not all being on the same timeseries. This will be corrected in this patch as well.

NH provided a breakout of confirmed & probable that we did not capture from 10/3-11/12 and on 11/19. (They temporarily did not report this metric during a week of outages, from 11/13-11/18).
This change backfills confirmed and probable. As well, it backfill Negatives (people or cases) to subtract confirmed cases instead of Positive. (This negatives switch is low impact since NH is not posNeg totalTestResults.)

NH provides a breakdown between antigen and PCR confirmed cases. We started capturing the antigen number on November 20, 2020. It's clear that these antigens are revised down upon PCR confirmation because, until December 13, 2020, NH provided the figures of individuals who were reclassified to PCR as a separate number. However, we currently capture the lumped numbers in Confirmed cases, the antigen numbers in positive antigen tests (people), and nothing in probable cases. This change is to start capturing PCR only as a confirmed number and antigen as a probable number and delete the antigen positive number since these are revised downward.
