Question
We noticed that in your arcgis query (https://services.arcgis.com/qnjIrwR8z5Izc0ij/ArcGIS/rest/services/COVID_Cases_Production_View/FeatureServer/1/query?where=1%3D1&objectIds=&time=&resultType=none&outFields=*&returnIdsOnly=false&returnUniqueIdsOnly=false&returnCountOnly=false&returnDistinctValues=false&cacheHint=false&orderByFields=ScriptRunDate+desc&groupByFieldsForStatistics=&outStatistics=&having=&resultOffset=&resultRecordCount=&sqlFormat=none&f=html&token=) for Total_Tests_Completed, there is a drop from 1,260,346 tests on 4/16 to 126,477 tests on 4/17, before the numbers go back up to a little >1million. We were wondering if this is a mistake?

No, we are not. However, CDC plans to push out antigen testing to nursing homes in the US for onsite testing. Then, when the nursing home has a positive, they would send it to the state health laboratory for confirmation.

Question
What does your "total deaths" category refers to? There doesn't seem to be any annotation on their site that details it.

To date, all of Montana’s reported COVID-19 deaths tested positive with the disease while they were alive. However, should COVID-19 be determined to be the cause of death of a person who was not diagnosed with COVID-19 while alive (as determined by the death certifier or through autopsy) then those deaths would also be included in the state’s official counts.
