Remove mixed-unit negatives column

Use Maine's "Daily Lab Results" data to backfill PCR and antigen testing time series. It differs from our previously collected data in that it only tracks tested residents.

CTP started reporting probables on 7/28. ME started reporting values for probables on 5/4, and we can reasonably backfill by calculating positive (confirmed + probables) - positive PCR cases back until 5/4.

We incorrectly inputted values for positive cases (PCR) on 6/9 and 6/3. These have been fixed based on screenshots!
