Idaho: June 3, 2020

ID released an update to its dashboard that clarified the value we'd been capturing as specimens was people (it was retitled to "Idahoans tested"), and provided a new specimens number starting 10/16. Moving timeseries from specimens to people and backfilled two days of specimen history from when it first showed up.

We did not have probables prior to 7/28. We calculated explicit probables from 4/29 - 7/27.
