Notes
Arizona reports long-term care COVID-19 data for Long-Term Care and Assisted Living Facilities. Arizona only reports cumulative numbers of facilities with cases of COVID-19. Arizona does not report staff or resident cases or deaths or provide facility-level data.
Because Arizona only provides data on the number of facilities with COVID-19 cases, our long-term-care facility case and death information for Arizona comes from Maricopa County and Pima County.
Maricopa County reports long-term-care COVID-19 data for nursing homes, assisted living facilities and hospices. Maricopa County reports cumulative data but does not report outbreak data or facility-level data. Cumulative resident cases, staff cases, resident deaths and staff deaths are reported separately.
Pima County reports long-term care data for Long-Term-Care and Assisted Living Facilities. Pima County reports cumulative data but does not report outbreak data or facility-level data. Cumulative resident cases, staff cases, resident deaths and staff deaths are reported separately. Data is cumulative since March 1, 2020.
Arizona does not provide facility-level data.
