On January 27, 2021 we began removing negatives that were created from mixed units (specimens minus cases or test encounters minus cases) for states that are using explicit totals in our main total test results field (called totalTestResults in the API). Alaska never reported negatives directly and always reported in specimens, so the total time series was removed.

Removing nen-residents from the running cumulative positive cases for AK. Also clearing the "Positive Cases (PCR)" series, because AK is using antigen testing for their "confirmed" reporting. Add cumulative hospitalizations (from dashboard chart).
