On December 4 through 6, we subtracted Positive cases (confirmed + probable) instead of Positive PCR tests (people) to calculate negatives in Vermont. This uses the correct values in calculation and fixes the 3 values based on Vermont's reporting at the time.

On December 12, 2020, we accidentally input Vermont's Cases (confirmed + probable) in their Confirmed cases for the day. We do not have coverage of confirmed cases from screenshots, and were not able to locate an archive of them, so we're carrying over their Confirmed cases for December 12, 2020.

On December 7, 2020, we identified an issue in Vermont's December 6, 2020 **Negative PCR tests (people) **value. On December 6, 2020, it was calculated as Total PCR tests (people) minus Cases (confirmed + probable) but should have been Total PCR tests (people) minus Positive PCR tests (people).

Vermont released its Probable cases timeseries, so on December 4, 2020, we updated our Probable and Confirmed cases for Vermont, adjusting Cases (confirmed plus probable) and Negative PCR test (people) to be aligned with the new cases values. Starting on December 4, 2020, we will capture these metrics during our daily publish shifts.

On December 2, 2020, Vermont is adding 120 probables since September to its case counts, which previously were only confirmed. They provide a cases timeseries where those probables are distributed over the full timeseries, so we are backfilling Positive so it doesn't appear as if cases rose by an additional 120 today.

As a bonus, we're also backfilling Total PCR Tests (People) with a by-result timeseries so that we can get more history — we only have it back to May but this will get us back to March.
