North Dakota: December 8, 2020

Un-lump PCR specimens and encounters from NDs data download files, and backfill antigen specimens. Also update frozen negatives

On December 11, 2020, we updated currently hospitalized and deaths for December 8, 2020, using the state's twitter because the dashboard was down, but I forgot to add the 6 " Deaths of Individuals Presumed Positive." Patching those on.

On December 8 2020 North Dakota froze their dashboard to add antigen tests and probable cases. Then on 12/10 and 12/11 the hospitalization metrics have not been reported on the dashboard. We are using the "COVID-19 Daily Report" posted on the official North Dakota Department of Health twitter account to patch the Current/Now hospitalized metric for 12/8 and 12/10 (and took 12/11 data from the same), as well as deaths for 12/8.

The state started reporting probables cases, and published a time series for confirmed and probables cases (starting in the beginning of October, 2020). We're using this data to backfill the Positive Cases (PCR), positive and probable cases metrics

On December 9, 2020, North Dakota reported that their deaths included those who had a positive PCR or antigen test. We were previously capturing positive deaths as confirmed and presumptive deaths as probable, but since it is now clear that they include antigen and PCR positives, and since North Dakota does not call these confirmed deaths, we are now reporting these deaths as Deaths (confirmed + probable).
