On November 9, 2020, Data Entry subtracted an un-updated confirmed number from the Total PCR tests (specimens) number to calculate negatives. Since IL removed this metric on November 6, 2020, we should use the Cases (confirmed and probable) number in the calculation instead. On November 10,2020, we backfilled this mistake.
